Rates quoted do not include sales tax or room tax and are subject to change without notice.

All rates are for the above number of persons in each unit.  Extra persons are $20 per day or $100 per week.  We must know in advance the number of persons in your party.

Weekly minimum (Saturday to Saturday) requested for the summer season. Rentals during June, September and October have a 3 night minimum. Shorter stays may be available upon inquiry.

A 50% deposit (credit card or personal check) is required to hold your reservation. If sending a check, we will ask for a credit card number to hold your reserved dates until check is received.  Balance due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee, regardless of cause. Every effort will be made to rebook your reserved dates. However, you will be charged (including tax) for each day that remains vacant.  Remaining balance, if any, will be refunded. Changing your reserved dates may be subject to above policy. Your earliest notification of cancellation is appreciated and is mutually beneficial.

Linen Policy:  Guests are asked to provide their own bed linens (sheets, pillowcases, bath & kitchen towels).   Linens (sheets, pillowcases, bath and kitchen towels) are available upon request for additional charges:  1 Bedroom - $20, 2 Bedroom - $30, 3 Bedroom - $40

All kitchens are fully equipped, including microwave.  Weber grills are provided, and all cottages do have WiFi/Wireless Internet, Cable TV and A/C.

Checkout time is 10 A.M.  Check in time is 3 P.M.  Occupancy at an earlier hour is usually not possible as we require sufficient time to clean each cottage between guests.  No daily maid service is provided.

Pets accepted with prior approval. $20/day or $100/week charge.
